


As an arbitrator, mediator, and Special Master, Robert H. Alsdorf helps parties in complex disputes achieve fair and final resolution without expensive and time-consuming litigation. He has over thirty years of legal experience, including nearly fifteen years as a general jurisdiction trial judge who presided over numerous difficult and high profile civil and criminal trials. While on the bench, he received four Judge of the Year awards.
Since retiring from the court in 2005, Robert has resumed work as an arbitrator, mediator and Special Master on a wide range of complex commercial, environmental, and other protracted or difficult disputes.
